It's best for children between the ages 12-15. Skyrim isn't that violent and contains some disturbing imagery and characters. Exciting quests and powerful mods deliver unlimited gaming action in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. Maps just got even bigger, remastered art and dynamic depth of field let you enjoy incredible detail, and new characters and dialog ensure that nothing is ever the same. Save games will work but just to let you know, the Remastered edition is its own game on Steam so you'll have to re-install your mods to the other copy of skyrim.
Most mods should work out of the box though, but don't expect your 100+ mod setup to have a smooth transition. The recent launch of mods in Fallout 4 allowed players to customise their adventure with graphical tweaks, new sound effects and even entire new missions, and with hundreds mods available from day one on Xbox One, expect similar healthy support for Skyrim upon release.
For the first time on consoles, players will be able to download Skyrim mods on PS4 and Xbox One.
